balance is the key. you will vary from day to day but just dont let yourself fall under in the same catagory all the time. you will lose weight but it will take a toll on your body over time. best of luck to you

I am supposed to eat between 1200-1550 calories and I ate 1385.

Protein: My Goal 60-166 Today 137 (perfect)

Sodium:My Goal 500-2300 Today 1580 (perfect)

Fat: My Goal 42-74 Today 22 (went under)

Carbs: My Goal 214-309 Today 158 (went under)

I think just because I went under on Carbs and Fat is no bigger. I am just not a big carb eater neaver have been even growing up!
