I guess we all are made differently and lose differently because I didn't see much weight loss only a lb and lost 2+ inches all over. So I am happy that I did the swimsuit challenge. emoticon

Thank you all! I was real excited. I only lost 3 pounds the whole month, but shocked myself with the inches. I did the program a little different. Week One I did the videos once a day, Week Two twice a day and so on up to four times for the last week. But this was week 5 for me and I am not increasing the videos to 5, 4 is plenty. I also did my cardio everyday and walked at least 3 times a week (guess that one explains my hips lol) But thank you all again!!!

MUDDY, I too am seeing weight progress with no measurement results. I am still happy with losing the weight, I am just hoping that the muscles are starting to take over the fat. There are some measurements that are moving the wrong direction but I am still hanging in there.

Stick to it, I am sure your going through a transition period and it will take time to all balance out.

That is awesome. So I must know is everybody seeing results on the measurements? I am losing weight but don't see the change in the measurements. I also have to re measure with a better tape. The first one we used we kind of had to guess with. I am getting discouraged.

I posted the blog on the first day with my actual measurments and my goals. Here is my bootcamp progress Thank you Jesus and this team!!

Starting measurements:
Hips:41
Waist:29 1/2
Abdomen: 36
Arms: 12 1/2
Thighs: 24 1/2

GOALS- by the end of the month
Hips:38
Waist:26
Abdomen:32
Arms: 10
Thighs: 20

Actual Results-
Hips: 38.5
Waist: 28
Abdomen: 32
Arms: 11.5
Thighs: 21

I did not meet every goal but I am doing this through the Summer as well!!
