Thank you all! I was real excited. I only lost 3 pounds the whole month, but shocked myself with the inches. I did the program a little different. Week One I did the videos once a day, Week Two twice a day and so on up to four times for the last week. But this was week 5 for me and I am not increasing the videos to 5, 4 is plenty. I also did my cardio everyday and walked at least 3 times a week (guess that one explains my hips lol) But thank you all again!!!

MUDDY, I too am seeing weight progress with no measurement results. I am still happy with losing the weight, I am just hoping that the muscles are starting to take over the fat. There are some measurements that are moving the wrong direction but I am still hanging in there.
Stick to it, I am sure your going through a transition period and it will take time to all balance out.

That is awesome. So I must know is everybody seeing results on the measurements? I am losing weight but don't see the change in the measurements. I also have to re measure with a better tape. The first one we used we kind of had to guess with. I am getting discouraged.
