Okay no I did not win one of the sparkpeople prizes
:( but I am still a winner! I made it through the bootcamp. My first week I could barely even do the exercises with out the band. The second week I got three bands begining, intermediate and advance! I mixed up the begining and the intermediate depending on the work out. Thrid week I was using mostly the Intermediate bands. Buy Fourth week I could even use the advance on some and I had enough energry to even try the routine a second time. That was untill the end of the week when I got sick. :(
But for June my Goal is to add the cardio. I got in some cardio but I would like to get in a little more!
I might mix it up a bit and do the swimsuit boot camp from last year! Maybe by July I will be in good enough shape to try the New you bootcamp again!
