Although I belong to a gym ... And I work out with a trainer 3 X a week ... I have found that the exercises that Nicole does are very specific and target areas that I haven't necessarily trained in my "general" workouts. I am thrilled to have the short segments to work on, especially later in the day when I am dragging
Nicole and Denise for all the wonderful Bootcamps. I started this one late, but still lost 2lbs and 2 inches on my waist and hips. I am going to continue to work the three bootcamps together to keep me motived. Thanks and the best to you.

I want to say Thank You for the workouts. I started late in the Bootcamp but what I did do I have lost 5 lbs already with doing the exercises and eating a little different. I am going to continue with the workouts, even with my injury to my arm and neck I can do modified exercises to what is shown. Thanks again!
Thank you Nicole and Denise! It was my first bootcamp - I've never done anything like it before. It has prompted me to see what other things I can do at home, or in just a few minutes when I can't make it to the gym for my full work out!
Thank you to all involved in bringing these Boot Camps to us, you are tremendous! This last month, I discovered that I have a real challenge keeping committments to myself. Some of the movements were in the category of "I am not physically able to do it" but most of this months routines were wonderfully simple. I simply do not follow through. It's definitely been an eye opener and something to work at changing. Again, thank you for your efforts!

i agree. these bootcamps are super. they get us all up and moving and the support and communications has been a real boost to us all. i know these are a lot of work for nicole as well as for us, but they sure are the best help i have ever had. thanks again
Thank you again for another great boot camp. It if good to every once in a while to challenge my workouts and eating habits. I enjoyed every boot camp since I started SPARK. Do not stop. You start a new one just when I need a little change up in my routine. I did not lose much weight this time but I am toner and feel great and am ready to put my bathing suit on. Thank you again!
