I lost 4 pounds and an inch from both my waist and hips. I don't measure other areas but my thighs are noticeably leaner and much more toned. I can also easily slip in and out of my jeans without unzipping them. I'll need to go shopping soon.
Small steps will get me there. 165 by St. Pattys day I did it! 155 by Mothers day actual 160 145 by July 15 135 by September 15 125 by November 15

I lost 2 pounds and don't know about inches. I am thrilled because I am 2/3 of the way to my goal weight and each pound is fighting to stay with me. I know I toned up too. More energy!! Bootcamp really spiced up my workouts and I had a great time. Took the day off today (June 1) and then back at it tomorrow. Good luck at keeping going everyone

Hi all! I lost 4 pounds (3 of which I regained half way through and lost again... whew!). I haven't checked my inches, but I feel so much stronger and my clothes are fitting better, especially around my upper arms and legs/thighs.

With Mother's Day, the Memorial Holiday and weekly weekend family eating out, May was gain on the weekends & work it off during the week. So I know how you feel. May was my month of frustration. But june has arrived, with renewed desire to get the weight off.
Except for Father's Day, June has no extra reasons for overeating. So will be working hard this month. Sine the weather has warmed up I will be doing much more gardening work, which will help burn calories.

lost a total of 2.25 inches. didn't lose any weight - seem to be in a vicious cycle of gaining 2 lbs. over the weekend, getting it off by Friday and then repeating all over again!

No lbs lost and I didn't keep track of my inches til last week, but I truly enjoyed this Bootcamp. I did wear a pair of jeans last night that I have not been able to button in months. They were still tight, but they buttoned! I also felt stronger as I was working through the videos, even attempting some of the more intense versions by the last week. Congrats to everyone who made progress, mentally or physically!

I believe I lost 4 pounds. I didn't measure inches at the beginning, but within two weeks I lost 1 inch from my waist, and 1 inch from my hips. I've definately become more toned!
I GAINED a lot of ENERGY and had a lot of fun! I plan to continue doing the video exercises on my own since I still have a lot of weight to lose. THanks for the great workouts!

No weight, or inches lost. Too many holidays in the month of May. I'd overeat on the weekends & make up for it during the week, so nothing lost, but also nothing gained weight wise. I do feel that I am stronger. For the month of June I will be concentrating on doing the May Challenge again, but intend to work harder and concentrate more seriously on healthy living.
I really want to get down to 130lbs by the end of the month!!

I did lose 2 pounds but more importantly Bootcamp got me refocused. After getting through the Christmas holidays without gaining I became pretty complacent (to the tune of 10 extra pounds!). The first three weeks of bootcamp I got back into logging my food and exercise each day. It gave me the opportunity to adjust the spots where I had begun to go wrong. So I got out of bootcamp exactly what I had hoped.

Yes I've lost! I lost 4 pounds and 1" around my waist and 1" around my butt. I took before and after photos. When you compare, you can definitely see a difference in my tummy area. Thanks for helping me hit my goal by the way.

I lost 7.5 lbs and 2 inches. I'm really happy with the results.
However I think I'm going to rest my body for a couple of days just to recoup. I hit exhaustion about a week ago and am feeling really fatigued.
All that said, I'd definitely do another bootcamp.

I lost 8 pounds and 2 inches from my waist! But I also try to do 2 to 3 hours of cardio a day besides the Bootcamp. However, I have been sick the past week, and have 'gained' 4 of those pounds back, but I think it's medication and water retention, so when I am better they will still be gone.

Started doing the New You bootcamp. I've also gotten a few milestones under my belt. Today was the first day I've made it almost 20 miles on my bike in 100 minutes, 11.6 mph. I've gained 10 miles since beginning the bootcamp and gotten faster by 1.6 mph. I didn't have a problem eating since I had already lost quite a few bad habits before beginning this bootcamp.
I lost 2.5 lbs and .5 inch from my waist and my hips. I had hoped for more, but to be fair, I wasn't being that disciplined in the food department.

Since I'm close to my goal weight it is coming off slower for me, however, I did lose 2.2 pounds, no inches, BUT I went shopping and bought shorts in a size that was smaller than the last pants I bought a few months ago and this is a size I don't think I've fit into since high school!

Although, I didn't get serious about the workouts until the middle of the month, I lost 2lbs and 2 inches off my waist and hips each. I am so excited about that.
I most definitely am going to continue the workouts and with the warm weather now I'm walking in the park nearly everyday. If the weather is bad I do the exercise videos on the website. I also found an exercise website that has free videos you can workout to just like SparkPeople, www.exercisetv.tv. They have 20 and 30 minute full length cardio workouts. That I really like.
It's great to see some success.

i lost only a few pounds but sure lost the inches. down one size and all my pants are very loose. super i lost a total of 8 inches mostly in the middle and upper hips. im going to keep it up cause i was not losing weight but this has really perked up my resolve. hope all of you are feeling much better and will continue also

I actually didn't lose very much weight over the bootcamp - about 3 pounds. And inches are even less - less than an inch everywhere except my hips where I lose more than 2.
However, I do feel good doing my workouts, and I've been able to do lunges (I used to fall over before, couldn't balance well enough to do lunges), so I know my body got stronger.

I sluffed off on my eating while dealing with some pressing deadlines toward the end of the month, so my weight loss ended up only 1.4 lbs.
BUT I have lost 8.25 inches! That includes 2.75 off my waist, 2.25 off torso (under bust), & 1.5 off upper thigh. I'm stoked!
Healthy urban living in Chicago (Central Time)--lots of walking, train & bus commuting, CSA freggies in the summer & fall!

I don't know but I am one size or maybe even half a size from my lowest adult weight and I can fit into most of my skinny clothes It was exciting on the one hand and horrifying on the other -- to see how much weight I had packed on my body. I have a lot of fear surrounding emptying my closet of fat clothes even though I know I need to do just that for my health and decluttering Steffi

I finished all the bootcamp workouts!! I lost 2 pounds during this month and I lost 4 1/2 inches overall from my waist, hips, and thighs! I feel so much better both physically and mentally after completing this workout. It's my first time to do anything like this so now that I know I can, I will continue with the workouts. Thanks SP!

How many pounds or inches has everybody managed to lose during this bootcamp? I'm not sure how many pounds I've lost total, since I weight myself Sunday mornings, but I'll find out tomorrow. As of last week I had lost a couple pounds, and after measuring myself yesterday I've lost 1/2 inch from my hips. (Hey, any little bit is definitely better than nothing) I've also noticeably toned up, so even if there isn't a significant weight loss, I'll know it's from muscle mass. Hooray bootcamp!
