Five weeks into the program,, and I'm working my fanny off, literally!!
My hips have decreased by 2.5 inches! My waistline is a svelte 1.5 inches smaller. My thighs don't hug my jeans as much, because they are one whole inch firmer.
Yet my scale has only gone down a mere 3 pounds!!
I do feel wonderful about my accomplishments. i know how hard I have worked to achieve these results. My clothes fit me much better, and I feel stronger, and have better endurance..
Yet, somehow, I feel cheated by not having that little ticker tape to show those glorious inches going down. The focus, I feel, is definitely on pounds lost ,only.
I think it would be a nice addendum to Spark People, to have as an option, to add a ticker tape for inches lost, too.
Does any one else feel the same way?
