I see a lot of messages surrounding precision in logging in the exercises. I think that I would have to look at why that bothers me so much if I were needing it to be "perfect". I have released my "perfectionism" as part of my journey. It was not serving any other purpose than "effective roadblock" for all my years of compulsive eating. Today-- I get as close as I can to doing it right and then i let it go.

It seems that every day starts out clean. When I click on 'add to existing', nothing is there from the day before. Or in my case today, from two days ago. The only videos that showed were the ones I did today.

OK, so your on the page the workout is on. You click the button add to fitness tracker, then you choose "Add to existing workout". That will keep your workout intact and just add the video to your tracker.

when i enter the daily videos, it eraces the ones i use to do on a 3 time per week basis. will this prevent that or is there another way. i am not very good with computers so i have no clue what i am doing wrong. thanks
