HONEY032086 - If the S7 is anything like the SX, I have to first push Mode button to get it to the place where it will read my HR, and then I use the reset button (only pressing, don't hold it or it just resets) to navigate through everything else like how many calories burned, how long I've been in my target heart rate zone, above, below, the stop watch, etc.
Try that and let me know if it helps!!!
I*AM*BLESSED- HRMs should only be used to calculate calories burned during cardio activity. So there could be a lot of reasons why your HRM read so high. Try wearing and using it only for your cardio workouts and see what kind of a reading you get. Just wearing it all day long is not going to be accurate.
