Mary Beth - go to "Get My Login Points" - right side under My Spark Points - there is the list, click on "track Exercise" you will see "Strength training" & "Cardio" you can log in your minutes and type of exercise there and add what ever exercise you want. To make sure you log it in - you need to put a check mark in the boxes.
sorry everyone-but for some reason when I added my times they didn't enter properly. Where you all were telling me put my times in-is what I was doing.

Like everyone else said you either track underr your fitness you can also have sparkpeople set up strength training program for you, this is also a good thing, then u just check off when exercises are completed, good luck!!!

At the top of the page click 'My Tools', then 'My Fitness' to log times. There is also a Quick Link on the right hand sidebar of the page. Scroll down toward the bottom of page, Click 'My Fitness'.

After you click on the "add to tracker" box at the bottom of the video go to your tracker page, you can get ther from your Spark Points page, and check the boxes next to the exercises you did, that fully enters it...
