I too would still like to join up but have difficulty with computer not being powerful to run the videos... Can anyone tell me what they need to run smoothly? It kinda defeated the purpose (and me too if the truth be known) when I had to stand and watch the video spool and spool...HELP! I did try to look for printouts to follow to no avail?

No it's not too late, you can start anytime. Just start w/the exercised on the day you start - so if today is the 15th day of workouts start today and then just follow thru. If you want to play "catch-up" then just go back to day 1 and do them, just don't over do....
