It's done, over, finish!!!! This is the best part of the work out. Just starting is the struggle but the finish is always worthy of celebration.
I did the FIRM Cardio Party for 30 minutes and the 7 minute upper arms video for day 13. To my fellow team member in Chi-town, something is always better than nothing especially when you are trying to start a new habit.
Remember the days when we did nothing and didn't ever care? Now we are feeling something when we only do 1/2 a work out. You did something that's the important thing.
