After finishing my 2mile walk this morning, I started doing my cardio for 10 minutes. Had more energy for some reason today. Boy did this feel good.

It's done, over, finish!!!! This is the best part of the work out. Just starting is the struggle but the finish is always worthy of celebration.

I did the FIRM Cardio Party for 30 minutes and the 7 minute upper arms video for day 13. To my fellow team member in Chi-town, something is always better than nothing especially when you are trying to start a new habit.

Remember the days when we did nothing and didn't ever care? Now we are feeling something when we only do 1/2 a work out. You did something that's the important thing.
