Well I'm still not caught up.
I hoping to yesterday. But I got sick. tried to excerise. Would get so dizzy and fell. So I stopped.
My BP bottomed out. Think it is do to some new medication I am on. So hopefully next week I can get going again.

My first week was perfect and when the second week started I fell behind. I had a busy workweek and I fell into old patterns of neglecting my health. I am really mad at myself so I will be doing double of everything this coming week.

I, too, have to catch up on videos. Unfortunately, it won't be today. I am working this morning and then have a wedding to go to the rest of the day! I will be catching up tomorrow - but I have kept up with the cardio, at least!!! Good luck to everybody!

I have done 30 minutes plus a day all this week and most of last week. I know that is way up from where I was at. I am really having a hard time getting the videos in. I feel like I am at least a step in the right direction. Do you think I should/could go back and do 3 videos a day this weekend to catch up?

Yes I need to get more cardio in also. I been slacking on my walking. I am happy though our community pool just reopened this week, so now I can go swim 5 days a week.. WOOOOHOOOO, and let me tell you it is hot enough already in Florida to swim.

I hear you! I'm caught up on videos but lacking on cardio. I don't like walking in my neighbourhood (it's not a bad area, just not my ideal walking zone) and getting cardio elsewhere has proved to be a problem. I need to motivate myself more to go to the gym or something. Maybe soon ^^. For now I'll try do do some walking at home/DDR hehe

Cool, didn't know you could catch up! Iv'e been so panicked to fit stuff in, I've been working out at like 3:00 am in anticipation of busy days where I doubted I could fit workouts in during business and waking hours! What a doofus! Well, it has kept me on my toes!
