All you need to do is log your exercise as you normally would, either in the cardio and strength trackers or with the quick tracker. The bootcamp program is described in the sticky posts under Daily Workouts and Challenges. Each day you do a different video workout, and your choice of cardio for 30 minutes five times a week.
