Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but in order for fast track to show, don't you have to be signed up for SparkFitness?

if i fast track something how does it add in? I fast tracked the other day, but it did not show in the cardio section.how do i kow if i got credit for it?

What ever does not kill me will make me stronger.

Are you talking about your Spark Fitness Minutes, it all totals there...

I did not see where yours show, so here is a link that will take you there, you can sign up and then you will be able to see your minutes as they total..

Hope this helps you with your dilemna..if not let me know and we can find out what it is you are needing!

Just keep that body moving and total your minutes on paper for now, you can go back to the beginning and add them..

Its Onward and Downward..that's the Spark Direction!

There isn't any special place to track for the team challenge. All you need to do is track as you normally would using either the cardio and strength trackers or the quick tracker.

It isn't really clear. I was able to submit one so far. They really haven't made that part user friendly.

Some of them you like todays you will need to go to My Fitness, down to the Cardio part, type in Kickboxing and the SparkPeople workouts are there, click the one you want and how many minutes you did it and WahLa..there you have it!

Towards the bottom of the video page is a place to click to add the video to your fitness page. Click on it and follow directions.

Some Video's have a link at the bottom of the page to track your fitness. Today's video Cardio Kickboxing did not.

Go to your My Tools above, my Fitness and select add cardio button mid page. search for Video, you should see about 4 workouts one of them being the Kickboxing.

I am still having a problem finding the place where I am supposed to track my fitness minutes for the team challenge. Where can I find this at?
