If you sign up for the team and to receive the message board emails you get them emailed to you every day but you can go to the teams page and under the team forums scroll down to daily challenges and you will see the last three workouts if you click on them the link to the work out is listed under each one after you do the workout you scroll down on that pag and simply click on the add to my fitness tracker link. If you need to go back further than the last three click on see more topics and you can view them all. I hope this helps and is not confusing I am not very good with instructions or wording.
