I've been going straight since last Friday. I probably biked at least 36 miles since then not to mention kickboxing, walking, plus my job. I biked to work on Tuesday morning but Tuesday night and yesterday my legs were sooo sore so I just took a day off. I'm going to have to do 3 videos today not to mention other cardio. I may do Nicole's kickboxing again, it's slow enough for me to follow but I sweat like a maniac when I'm done. When I was doing the stretches at the end on Monday...I was dripping sweat. Crazy.
Anyway, back on track after a small break. I'm excited though, my stomach is really showing some improvement so whatever I'm doing is working, but the scale hasn't moved...but I'm not worried about it because obviously I'm building muscle somewhere.
