Today I done 1 hour biking and some crunches. My husband and I went to town, and I done 2 hours of walking, I search some important stuff and I walked by intentionally.
I am on my medicine until now, and my medicine can gain weight. But it is because every day, I dont my 1 hour exercises instead of gaining weight, I am loosing it. I am still on health range but I am active of my daily exercises. Sadly I forgot to tract my weight here some times.

I have been dropping more weight since I upped my exercise minutes. I did Jillain's Six Pack Ab workout yesterday and was sweating to it. Today I did Ripped in Thirty and Chaleans ab workout and was sweating to that. I have seen my body shrink more since starting Chalean's workouts.

I think this is my 9th day. I just jumped in and did the Sunday video on my first day and went down the list from there. Today was the 7 min resistance band video. It was pretty easy and short so I chose a 20 min cardio scult video to follow. It was hard but do-able, though it began to feel mighty long. "MORE?" I kept thinking. Well, turned out that it was 28 min 30 sec. I'd call that a lot closer to 30 min than 20. But the good news is--I could do it. THANKS, SP!

I had a good toning workout today, so right now I'm really pleased with myself. I know that eventually my hard work will start paying off. I am beginning to see less flab on my legs and thighs...toning bands are really helping in that area.I'm inching closer to looking fit in my swimsuit.

Hey I hope your still sticking to your program, I know sometimes it gets a little hard to be consistent. Are you still going to the gym? I had a week of shame last week, I hardly got in any me time, I just got caught up in all kinds of crazy distractions. This week I plan on focusing on more of what I want to accomplish which is to take off some weight. Good Luck Girl, hope I see you on the message board soon.

I haven't looked good in a swimsuit in a long time. I do not want to lose weight so I can look like I'm sick, I just want to be healthy. I do want to get out of the sweats and look nice in other clothes. I have been tweeking my exercises for the past month and for the past 2 wks I lost 3 pds. I'm okay with that. My goal is to lose 2pds or more a week. So I'm doing 45 min of cardio at the gym 3x's a week, pilates on Saturday and I exercise throughtout the day everyday with stretches and leg lifts to work on those problem areas.
No Excuses...With the help of God I'm moving forward to a Fit and Fab Lifestyle. One day at a time!

I gain 3 lbs of weight now from 104 up to 107 lbs. I am on my med again, this is why I loose interest of work outs or works due to the side effects. But I want to be healthy, both mind and body and I love to wear my swim suits again. So here I am, no matter what, I will do my daily work outs again. Even it is so hard feelings to me but I can do it.
This morning I have had 45 minutes dance and crunches.
I can do this on with med no matter what side effects of my medicine.

I have had my crunches from coach Nicole videos this morning. I love all coach Nicole videos,I follow her, but some times her videos is easy to me so I change it a little bit to get more challenge. The three of them on the dumbbells I follow the man. I like him to me its a little bit harder but I did it, I follow him quite easy. I am happy to all her videos. I done it all, and I have had fun. Every morning coach Nicole videos non stop. Plus I like coach Nicole too hehehe.

Wow, its been awhile. I am really back on track. am doing videos every day, cardio every day, have my strength training. I have 640 minutes this week and 850 for July. Found a sneaky way to up protein and have added carbs and veggies, way too low in all. Getting 7 or more hours sleep a night. Adding muscle, so on a plateau or else cutting my carbs way back did it. Working on that. When I started last June I was a size 22, when I restarted in March was a size 18, now down to 14 and they are not snug in the least. Good progress.

OK...turning 60 this coming June is a huge milestone but I have access to a nice swimming pool and last year I only used it twice. It was difficult to sneak out there when no one was around. It would be nice to look good enough in my suit to not care if others are there. I know swimming is the best exercise for me, with a fused back from past fracture and herniated discs so yeah...I'll give it a try.
Namaste...

Been doing great in the last year.
It's been tough because one of my dayghters had 3 major surgeries and I split with my ex and have a new bf. We moved and have tons of projects so I,m super busy. I haven't exercised in the last month but was careful with my food intake.
Started again yesterday and IT FELT GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm doing p90x and I just love it!!!!
Have a nice day!

I've been using the excuse that I don't have time to workout because I have two small kids (2.5 yrs & 11 mo.). I am owning it and just saying that I haven't put it as a priority. I just did my full workout in my living room with the baby napping and my 2.5 yr old running laps around me. No more excuses...I'm going to look good in my bathing suit for my anniversary cruise in October :) Now my son is sleeping and I'm going to exercise a little more. Who knows i could be ready for a bikini by the cruise

I have been doing the workouts in addition to my other cardio and strength exercises. Although some of them seem relatively easy, some of them are just plain tough. It's going to be a while before the crunchless core and pilates for the core exercises are comfortable for me, but I will continue them. Normally the exercises that I dislike the most are the ones that I really need. In time, they will become my most appreciated.

I really like the workouts. Nicole is easy to listen to and follow. I especially like that they workout are short enough that they can be combined if wanted. Adding the cardio with the workouts gives more options. It is all very do-able. I'm seeing good results - slow, but steady weight loss and definite muscle toning.

I've been doing the workouts for a few weeks now. My favorites are with the resistance bands. Some of them, like yesterday's abs workout, are still really tough for me. I like that I can add these short workouts to my routine easily.

You could watch them and learn them and do them on your own. It won't be the same, but you will still be excercising. There are millions of videos you can check out from your local library or video store. I started with the Dummies series, pilates for dummies, fitness ball for dummies etc. They were a great start and fit into my day as most were only 10-20 minute routines.

Hey everyone I just joined the team. Is the resistant band the only equipment I need for the bootcamp?
Hi to all. I'm afraid I haven't done so good on my sparks dieting. I am very over weight but am not able to do any type of workouts anymore. I have COPD and cannot move hardly any at all. We eat healthy but I need some suggestions on any thing I could to help me lose some of this weight. I'm sure I could breathe better without it. Where better to go except to the best, The Spark People for answers?
Thanks to all, Taylor Coleen

I have just read a safe and easy way to detox your body from my Yoga emails and thought to share it with the rest of you. It is so easy, all you do is put your hands on your shoulders lifting your arms up and twist your waist area. This will keep your digestive organs working properly so it will eliminate almost all waste from your body. Try it, it has worked great for me.

Hi you guys!!!!!! it's been a while since I came here and I did pretty well in the last year. Keeping myself exercising and being careful with what I eat.
June has been a pretty difficult month because I realised I wasn't a superwoman and I kinda collapsed and stopped everything. This week I'm starting over because I don't want to go back to my old self and I really don't feel that great in my body now.
I need help and I need to get my butt kicked...thanks for your time!
Have a great evening!!

The video's on the challenge are such a good starting point to get you into a routine. I just love them and have expanding my selection, even added a couple that are harder for me. Love this challenge and plan to keep it going in July. I have seen progress and my weight loss has been pretty steady the last couple months, about a pound a week or more. I am just tickled to be having this success and feeling so much better.

I should get the videos out. Although I did buy Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I will put it in shortly. I did a 60 min. walk today. This past weekend was pretty rough- I will be better now.

I've been horrible at the videos since the challenge officially ended. I like the healthy competition the team offered. Granted the weather around here is much nicer now so I am outside more and I have been sick for a few days but still- 2 videos in 2 weeks. I gotta get my butt in gear!

I'm not so tired as I was the past few days. I think it is time to kick it into gear.

I didn't get any video's in last week but did get cardio in the first half of the week. I went running yesterday (2 miles) and remembered how much I enjoy it. I have to work on getting those videos in again. The weather hasn't even been nice here so I can't use that as an excuse!

After the first week in May, i broke my band. i tried to fix it and it broke completly a few weeks later. I had one at work and brought it home. I finally broke down and bought a new one. if i break another one, i'll have a back up.

I didn't get the workout for today done until late because the computer has been having some sound problems. I had to wait for my hubby to fix it. Anyway, I got it done.

I didn't get my cardio in yesterday. I'll try again today. I did do 2 core bootcamp videos today at lunch though. My husband will be back on the road again tomorrow so getting my cardio in should be easier the rest of the week & next week.

I am doing the video's again for month of June. I didn't loose any weight but inches appear to be somewhat down. Not by much but I can feel my clothes getting looser.
