Have You changed what and the way You Eat since SparkPeople?
In what ways are you eating differently?
Maybe You are eating less junk food, more fruits & vegetables, some meatless meals, etc.
Please share what tweaks or changes you have made.
For me, I am eating healthier since joining SP but it's taken quite awhile to get it right. I'm happy to say that take-out food is a rare treat as I used to eat it more than I care to admit.
I also aim to eat at least 5 fruits/vegetables a day and that is an improvement for me but not the 9 a day Spark recommends. It's still something I need to improve on.
I rarely drink diet sodas now and believe me I was addicted to my diet Pepsi and overdid it. Now when I go out I might have one diet Pepsi but that is my limit.
I prepare more meatless meals now and part of the reason has to do with the fact that meat is just so expensive now. Beef used to be my favorite meat but now I eat far less of it than I used to. I use a lot of chicken and have found so many good and healthy recipes on SP. If you haven't tried a Spark recipe most of them are really tasty with less calories than most recipes.
