What we are currently tracking:
1: 5 points for each day you get 5 glasses of water.
2: 5 points for each day you exercise for 10 minutes. 5 bonus points at the end of the week if you meet your calorie burn.
3: 5 points per day you track all your food with one daily bonus point if you stay in your calorie range.
4. 5 points for each day you do 3 set of 10 strength exercises.
5. 5 points for each day you do not snack 2 hours before bedtime.
6. 5 points for each day you get 8 hours of sleep.
7. 5 points for each day you get at least 3 servings fruits/veggies.
