What we are currently tracking:

1: 5 points for each day you get 5 glasses of water.
2: 5 points for each day you exercise for 10 minutes. 5 bonus points at the end of the week if you meet your calorie burn.
3: 5 points per day you track all your food with one daily bonus point if you stay in your calorie range.
4. 5 points for each day you do 3 set of 10 strength exercises.
5. 5 points for each day you do not snack 2 hours before bedtime.
6. 5 points for each day you get 8 hours of sleep.
7. 5 points for each day you get at least 3 servings fruits/veggies.

I have to list everything now so I can keep track!!

I am doing better staying in my calorie range. I have done that all three days this week. I am still not getting to the exericse. I think I am trying to fight off a cold. I am achy and tired. I am having a hard time getting the water in now that it has gotten cold.

I tracked and stayed in my range and am done eating for the night. No exercise though and I am pretty sure I won't get 8 glasses of water in.

So how are you doing this week Michelle?

I am not doing very well at all. The only day I exercised and got the water in was Sunday. I would have thought that the weight gain last week would have kicked me in the butt to get busy. I will be so glad when the rush at work and basketball is over. I need to stick to my routine but am not getting it done.

I doubt I get exercise in tomorrow but I am really going to push for all the water to keep me from overeating.

I am half way there today too. I did a couple of miles on the treadmill so that really helped with the water intake. My plan for the water is to drink one glass as soon as I get up (read that is good for the body), then I have a water bottle that holds 24 oz. so I need to drink 2 of those during the day, and the final glass in the evening before bed. We will see how that works out.

I like adding to my water also. Gives a nice change to just plan old water. I also drink a lot of herbal tea when it is cold out. My daughter likes Mio.

I only got in 4 yesterday but today I'm up to 4 already. I made a pitcher of water with 1/2 drink mix in it. Better than coolade and I'm not one for water so I need to mix mine up a bit.

My goals for this challenge:
SW: 155

1) 5% weight loss 7.75# = GW 147.3 (My original GW for end of year was 144)

Mini goals:
100 points-- spark goodie
250 points-- spark goodie
500 points-- spark goodie

Weight Goals:
1) Reach 150 = Itune card ($15)
2) Reach 147.3 = Goal met emoticon & 1 pc Jewlery buy
