Funny you should post this. I have just been to the library and got a couple of books to revamp my meal planning to the more healthier side.
1st book: Now Eat This by Rocco Dispirito. All of the recipes are under 350 calories.
2nd book: Eat Naked by Margaret Floyd. This book contains unprocessed food, whole food type recipes.

No foods with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.
No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.
If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.
