Free workout videos are a great idea!

I think we all know about the ones that SP offers us here.
Leslie Sansone has a great 15 min. Express walk. You can find it here: www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_mes

She also has shorter 3 min. and 5 min. workouts there too. (One is a desk side walk for a short break at work.)

I download workout DVDs from the Internet - loads of stuff out there and it adds variety to my workout routine! You can get them for free if you're crafty. I have Jillian Michaels, Yoga Booty Ballet, Zumba, Tae Bo, P90x, Insanity...all for $0! :) I've made an exercise jar wherein I pick one out each morning and work out to the video I picked!

Which of these do you use? Are there any new ones you would like to try?
Do you have anything to add?

Share your ideas and tips here.

One thing that's not on the list is dumbbells, but they cost only about a dollar a pound. $10 for a set of 2 5 pound weights. If you want a 1 pound weight cans work fine.
