I'm one of those annoying people in the groceries too. I read the labels and kinda mess up their displays in the process. I try to put things back properly though!

As for my guilty pleasure, it's definitely fresh fruit.

Cocoa in low/non-fat yogurt is an awesome idea! Will try it out one of these days.

I love chocolate too, but don't eat it as much now. (Mainly because of fair trade /slavery issues)

However, I went through a period where I made my own chocolate yogurt using plain yogurt, sweetener, and fair trade cocoa.

It was good, reasonable in price (cheaper if you buy non-fair trade chocolate) - and I really enjoyed it.

I eat mostly fruit flavored yogurts these days.

Sounds like a good treat. The more you can search these out, the better you will feel losing weight and having treats too, in moderation of course. When I started about 18 months ago, I depended on the 100 cal snack cookies and cupcakes. I kept them around for a long time and finally noticed one day that what was in the pantry expired. They didn't appeal any longer, nor do any good, but I didn't crave sweets anymore either. I had made the shift to fruit. I do eat an occasional fav Hershey bar now and then, but it's feels good not to "need" any of this anymore. Sometimes when I do indulge in something rich, I get an immediate sugar rush, which is an icky felling, so now I don't want that either. But it's all good for my goals! Everything in moderation!!

I am one of those annoying people at the grocery store who stand there comparing prices, amounts, and calories so when I find something low calorie and low price I love to share. I have quite the sweet tooth and LOVE chocolate, because of trying to lose weight I had to give up the candy bars and other snacks I crave so much, so after standing in from of the granola/snack/fruit and grain bar section of the store I found 'cocoa pebbles treats', there are 8 in a box and I paid $2.79(there may be a coupon) they only have 90 calories, they are small but after having 1 a day for about a week, it feels like I am eating a candy bar.
