Usually I need to eat more too! Sounds counter intuitive but I've learned my body does not like to feel "deprived". And it doesn't take much for it to feel that way. I have my SP program set up to lose 1.3 lbs a week. That seems to keep me going for quite awhile.

When I am really stuck, I go to two workouts a day. Morning and evening.
Before I started SP, I was on one. I needed to eat MORE!!
I was on one for several months and broke it, over Christmas. Stress (job related) helped.
So stress is not all bad. I also, had let my portions creep up and needed to measure again.
Drinking water and green, red or white tea, helps.

Twice a day workouts work for me, when I can get up early!

Are you on a plateau? Have you been on a plateau? How did you break out of it?
"If you’ve been exercising and cutting calories for several weeks, and you’re no longer seeing the same results that you experienced in the beginning, then you’ve probably hit a plateau."
Note, this is not the same thing as getting lazy, not watching what we eat, not exercising, and not gaining! This is really working to lose weight, and not getting anywhere.
The link provides links to 3 articles with hints for breaking through a plateau.
1 - Take another look at what you are eating,
. . . . Readjust you might need to eat less. You might need to eat more.
2 - Make sure you are getting enough REST !!!
3 - Mix up your exercise routine.
What has worked for you?
