Usually I need to eat more too! Sounds counter intuitive but I've learned my body does not like to feel "deprived". And it doesn't take much for it to feel that way. I have my SP program set up to lose 1.3 lbs a week. That seems to keep me going for quite awhile.

Before I started SP, I was on one. I needed to eat MORE!!
I was on one for several months and broke it, over Christmas. Stress (job related) helped. So stress is not all bad. I also, had let my portions creep up and needed to measure again. Drinking water and green, red or white tea, helps.
