Note, this is not the same thing as getting lazy, not watching what we eat, not exercising, and not gaining! This is really working to lose weight, and not getting anywhere.

1 - Take another look at what you are eating,
. . . . Readjust you might need to eat less. You might need to eat more.
2 - Make sure you are getting enough REST !!!
3 - Mix up your exercise routine.
