My husband's lifestyle is primarily Paleo Diet. It's a much "cleaner" way to eat, for the most part. But that "glue" is really something else. I know we have many preservatives and such in our food, But not disclosing them, is the problem. How can we make appropriate choices, when the information is lacking?
One of my fav cook books, is one from the early 1900's. And yes, comments are made, through out the book, to save those bones, and make stock. I think they had the right idea.
