No. 1 - Exercise regularly. I've been on and off on this since January. I've been doing better lately since it has been warm in SC and I can get outside and walk.
No. 2 - The good fruit is arriving now and I'm craving veggies too. I plan to up my veggie intake and plan better for meals to include more veggies in/with them. The meal planning is an ongoing battle, but I'm making slight progress.
No. 3 - Spend less time on the computer! More time reading.

I "plan" to do a lot of things differently in March but will I? I had intended to do a lot more in February but ran into the brick wall of my seasonal depression. So now I'm covering ground I already covered trying to get back on track. Hopefully, we'll see more sun in March and I can keep my motivation going.
