The requirements for the leader's job are fairly simple. Just keep the thread for your team going and help your team members to motivate each other.
Perhaps the first week, you might like to introduce yourselves (first names) and pick a team name. You can give each other suggestions for exercises, or throw down side challenges, like do 50 pushups, walk around the block, or whatever.
I have been on some teams where someone even started a team game. That is completely optional. The one basic requirement is to try and make sure everyone posts what they did by Sunday. (I said points would be awarded on Sunday, but I think I will total the points on Monday to be sure everyone has time to post on Sunday, if they choose to. I( tend to take Sundays as rest days, but not everyone does. )
