didn┤t do so good in the end for lunch ate a whole packet of low fat crqackers,it was salty and 535calories.i am making up for it for dinner tonight i am myking a chicken soup with lots of veg,onions,potatoe,carrots,leek,swede,swee tcorn and parsley.might put the handful of nudle that is left from yesturday in it as well as i feel as if i have a bit of a cold or flu coming on so will aklso add some ginger and garlic.
I am going to go to the garden and pick the following... tomato, peas, beans and an onion so I will make a sandwich or maybe I will grab a cuke and make a salad. Something will come of it!! Once I get out there I will see more stuff and I am sure I will add on.
