Resistance Bands -two lots, use alot when allowed to exercise. Dumbells -somewhere in kellar. Stability Ball -use alot have three one with attached resistance bands, also have for the kids they use for their daily physio therapy. Exercise Mat-have one use when i use my resistance bands. Jump rope -nope but would love one. Cardio machine (stationary bike, treadmill) -have stationary bike, crosstrainer, rowing machine but would love a treadmill.that will be my treat when i reach goal if i haven┤t been able to afford one before i get to goal.
also have stepbox, swing stick and several exercise video┤s and dvds.
Resistance Bands - I own some, don't use them much.
Dumbells - Own them. Used to use them quite a bit. Lately no. I am doing lunges, incline pushups, that sort of thing without dumbells... and tricep extensions in the kitchen with a large can.
Stability Ball - Own. Use tons. Have one that I use a computer chair. Mostly I just sit on it, although I do sometimes use it for exercises. I like doing wall squats with it. I have also been know to fall asleep on it. (Numerous times. Only fell off once.)
Exercise Mat - Own. Use rarely. Bought it for a class. At home I don't mind just lying on the carpet.
Jump rope - Maybe. If I do, I don't know where it is. Don't like jumping much. If I want to jump, I prefer my mini-trampoline.
Cardio machine (stationary bike, treadmill) - Nope. Although I do have a regular bike which allows me not only to exercise, but actually go places. I use it about 6 months a year. I also own a mini-trampoline, and a wii with a base to raise it to use for steps.

Interestingly enough the e-mail I received linking to the slideshow was called "6 budget-friendly essentials... " I don't consider the last one really budget-friendly, although I guess it is if you buy one instead of going to the gym.
