The recipe challenge is the hardest I think. Hard to judge, yes. Basically we want cheap and nutritious I think. We don't need a lot of recipes for cookies and cake. However, as long as the recipe is cheap and nutritious it qualifies, and I can do a random draw from all the cheap nutritious recipes we get.
I think I will wait a couple of weeks to do that one. It gives people time to find recipes! (I have found recipe threads slow movers in the past.)
How about we do a series of challenges?
July 5 - 10 * 6 Freggies a Day * Plus another cardio challenge so we don't lose our momentum, or to help those who are still having trouble building it.

i am for a freggie challange but as this team is busting the bulge on a budget how about doing a reciepe challange in finding cheap reciepe for say ,breakfast,snacksmstarter,lunch,dinner,sup per etc.i don´t know how you can work out points,i.e cheapest,tastest,most imaginative etc.just a thought and that way we might find some lovely reciepes from our other team members.
Count me in. I had a salad for dinner and we were at Sam's Club and they were giving out samples of fruit. It was delicious. It was peaches, watermelon, cherries, etc. The best part was it was cut into little pieces. I may have to do that. So much easier and not messy to eat.
It can be simple, like be sure to eat at least 5 fruits or veggies per day. Escalating, starting with a low number and moving up to 8 or 10 by the end of the week, per day, per meal, or colorful - make sure you eat each color group in a day or two. (Red, orange, yellow, green, blue-purple, and white.)
No, I don't think I have ever had an athena cantaloupe.
That's another sort of freggie challenge - eat a fruit or vegetable that you've never had before. I've had starfruit as the result of a challenge like that. (Not good for people with kidney problems, but my kidneys are fine.)
What is a freggie challenge? Fruit and veggies? If so, this would be good. I'm heavy on fruit, low on veggies. Can't get enough cantaloupe now. Have you ever had an "Athena" cantaloupe? Juicier and sweeter, awesome. I could make myself sick eating these. Ugly on the outside, but boy are they spectacular on the inside.
Two challenges would be good.
