That article has some good ideas. I'm trying to use these bags from the swine flu that the clinic gave us for free. They hold up way better than the one I got from the store. When I walk to the store I always bring my own bags. We go to Aldi & we carry extra bags to their so we don't have to buy any more. Once I get a basket for my bike I can start going to Aldi on my bike. I use a back pack to go to the library. @ Pick -n- Save you can recycle your old plastic bags. I have to check out if you can do ziplocs & veggie bags & all.

Every time I rely on Jesus He never lets me down.

Thanks for sharing. Those are a whole lot of ideas! I wanted to share with you a website

www.freecycle.org

More or less you get on there and give away stuff you are not using to keep it out of the landfills - it's all done through email and then you arrainge for pickup. Of course spam gets through occasionally but all in all it's a great website.

If you have something to give you post or if you are in need of a specific item you post. It's great.

2010 is my year to try it again!

I particularly like the second one. I recently started using baking soda more. I find it does a really good job on coffee stains in my mugs and it's a lot more child safe than bleach.

It says you can fight mold and mildew with straight vinegar. I have never tried that. I think I will.

This Daily Spark article has many ideas to reduce, reuse, and recycle. I've probably heard of most of them before and do a lot of them.

Are there any other ideas you have you'd like to add?
Any ideas there you don't do, that you think you will start doing?

I probably should do more unplugging than I do.
