i just picked up some resistance bands for $18. Since there are quite a few exercises and videos on spark people for bands, I think it was a good economical choice (and omg! what a workout!)

My dog has made me take up jogging. Actually I am still in the WOG phase.

I am a non gym exerciser. I save up, and after 10 years, as my budget allowed, I now have:
Treadmill, Exercise Bike, Mini Trampoline, Hand Weights, and a few DVD's. For outside, I Bike and Walk a lot when the weather is nice. I also have roller blades, but after moving to the country, I can't use them. Too many stones, and no sidewalks.

Same here. I only have running shoes and gym clothes from a while back. No dumbbells, no resistance bands, nothing. But I do have cable and internet. I go on OnDemand and go to their fitness section. They have tons of videos there. And youtube has workout videos too. But I think my favorite thing to do is to walk. It's free and it doesn't require any equipment. Just your iPod/mp3 player. =D

I think hulu has workout videos as well.

I can't afford a gym membership either. I have lots of videos, a swiss ball, hand weights, stationary bike, jogging trampoline, a crossbow, stretchy, resistanst bands & tennis shoes. There is a lot of videos on this page & on youtube for free every day.
