My dog has made me take up jogging. Actually I am still in the WOG phase.
I am a non gym exerciser. I save up, and after 10 years, as my budget allowed, I now have: Treadmill, Exercise Bike, Mini Trampoline, Hand Weights, and a few DVD's. For outside, I Bike and Walk a lot when the weather is nice. I also have roller blades, but after moving to the country, I can't use them. Too many stones, and no sidewalks.

I dont know if you have a dog but they are great walking buddies! my little 11lb terrier makes me walk at my fastest and he is still at his slowest. hopefully hubby will get me roller blades for my bday and i can blade and the pup can run!
Same here. I only have running shoes and gym clothes from a while back. No dumbbells, no resistance bands, nothing. But I do have cable and internet. I go on OnDemand and go to their fitness section. They have tons of videos there. And youtube has workout videos too. But I think my favorite thing to do is to walk. It's free and it doesn't require any equipment. Just your iPod/mp3 player. =D
I think hulu has workout videos as well.

I can't afford a gym membership either. I have lots of videos, a swiss ball, hand weights, stationary bike, jogging trampoline, a crossbow, stretchy, resistanst bands & tennis shoes. There is a lot of videos on this page & on youtube for free every day.
