I remember 2 of mine.
1. Eat a high protein, high fiber breakfast.
(I remember wondering how to define high protein, high fiber.)
2. Read something motivational every day.
I pretty much still do those.
The breakfast pretty much keeps me going until lunch time.
SP sends me the quotes. I keep logging in almost every day. Usually a couple of times a day. (Or more.)
