Mine were...

1) Do at least 15 min of exercise per day at least 5 days per week.
2) Track food & fitness daily.
3) Drink at least 8C of water daily.

I, also, still use same ones, but have increased exercise to 30 min per day & increased water to 10C per day!!

Mine were....

1. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise per week.
2. Track food eaten daily.
3. Drink 8 glasses of water...

I still use the same goals, but have since upped my exercise to 75 minutes per week....

I just finished Fast Break...
My goals:
-Get 10 minutes of cardio exercise a day
-Track calories eaten
-Read an inspirational quote

I remember 2 of mine.
1. Eat a high protein, high fiber breakfast.
(I remember wondering how to define high protein, high fiber.)
2. Read something motivational every day.

I pretty much still do those.
The breakfast pretty much keeps me going until lunch time.
SP sends me the quotes. I keep logging in almost every day. Usually a couple of times a day. (Or more.)

Some of us have been here awhile. Others are just starting. We've all done Fast Start or at least started it.

What were your fast break goals?
How did they help you?
Are you still doing them?
