Did a few balance exercises and short spurts of walking in stores while my husband shopped for a new computer and desk chair (he broke his yesterday, too heavy, opps!), then just made it home in time to do a shortened stint on the elliptical trainer before the clinic closed for the night. We had lunch at a new Mexican restaurant and overdid a bit, so I had extra need for that exercise! Will probably have to do extra tomorrow, too, if my body will oblige.

Walked the dogs in the woods again and chair exercises. Found chair exercise videos on the puter and saved them to my favorites so it is much easier to find them every am.

Chair Dancing for 45 mins!! I love the tapes!! One of the things I love most is there are people who aren’t already at a their normal weight, so I can see how their bodies look when they are doing the moves, it is so hard when everyone can get the knee to their chest and you can’t even lift your leg. It discourages you to watch day after day. But with these videos, I see someone who is working on getting to the point of lifting their leg, and I feel encouraged.

I was active by staining the next phrase in the shadow boxes. Moving the pellet stove around. Pulled a few more shelves out of the wardrobe and going through the clothes. Two more shelves to go through. Use the stationary bike for fifteen minutes. Found some weights and put them together. Not sure where to store them yet so I make it a habit to use them daily?
