Ann is absolutely spot on!
It will take time, and winter is always notorious for slow healing of anything.
You may need to talk to a therapist ..maybe your doctor will put you onto one.
You need to get the blood flowing to that area of your body ..
Gentle exercise in that area will help enormously but you much have professional assessment before you attempt anything physical.
Keep eating well and healthily, make sure you do exercise the rest of your body and try to keep your chin up!!.
Metaphorically speaking of course.
