As far as logging -
All the routeins you talked about hewre are Strength
To enter a STRENGTH Exercise
Click on –My Fitness- found under My Trackers at the top of the page - – this opens the Exercise tracker!!

In Exercise Tracker - click on Track Strength Exercises
At bottom of the panel that opens
Add a new Exercise
Fill in the exercise (eg : Anne Burnell video – Yoga) ) Leave the rest empty( if you are doing exercises with weights you may need to fill in the reps and weights boxes) -
then tick - add to favourites
- Click Add
The next time you want to repeat that exercise
Click - Track Strength Exercises
Select the exercise from the- Add from workouts list
Click – Add
