To all my wonderful Chair Exercise Team Members, when you log your fitness minutes how do you log a Chair Exercise routine?? I just started a class at my local YMCA called Silver Sneakers. Some of the workout is standing, but most is sitting in a chair. We use free weights, resistance bands, and rubber balls. It is truly a wonderful 60 minutes workout. The problem is I don't know how to list it, any ideas?? Thanks Shannon

Keep Sparkling!! Hugs! Shannon
