I walk around a lot at work and do exercise videos at home. I also find doing house work helps as well. I live where it is usually snowy, icy and too cold to be outside a lot. I take walks when the weather permits.
I live where it rains at least 7 months out of the year. I drive to the local mall and walk there where I can walk without getting soaked! From rain that is.

Any thoughts on how to get more exercise when the weather is chilly outside? Suggestions on exercise videos is a possibility, any recommendations?
