I do low salt tuna packed in water, drained. Mixed with a couple of tablespoons of fat free poppy seed dressing, (that is in place of the mayo). I do it on the Wasa or Ryvita products, you can top it with a couple of slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. Fruit and carrot sticks. Not a bad lunch I think it comes in under 250 calories.

No foods with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.
No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.
If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.
