I do a lot of leftovers for lunch as well as salads. I take cottage cheese, fruit, veggies, yogurt. There is a lot of variety - think of what you like and you can do wonders. I like the idea of What's Up For Dinner. That would be fun and interesting.

just a thought, talking about various lunches you can take for lunch, however, when i was working, we had to go to restaurants for lunch.
why don't we start a 'what are you having for dinner'. i use to belong such a forum on seniornet but seniornet discussions was cancelled when they set up a new web site. it was fun - members from all over the country and we would say what we bought and which store, prices, how to cook etc.
such a site might be more interesting as it covers more.
I love Wasa They have so many flavors I like the high fiber ones with thin layer of peanut butter. They also have a fruit and nut kind that sooths my sweettooth. you might want to try a soup like soup and sandwich but just the sandwich being a wasa/or fruit and yogurt
Faith and Love, Determination is all you need to get moving toward your goal.
