Okay, it's the start of a new week. What are your plans for lunch?
Monday - I'm having a large spring mix salad with spinach, a spicy black bean veggie burger and some carrots. While I'm not overly excited by this lunch - it is nice and healthy and low in calories. After a big buffet meal on Sunday I so need to take it easy for a few days.
