The other day, I had a turkey smoked sausage with Kidney Beans. If you don't like Kidney Beans, you can substitute with another kind of beans.

Tuna Salad... I use a lil (teaspoon) of low fat maricle whip (or mayo if you prefer), sweet relish, celery, red onion, a lil mustard and top a salad, or use celery sticks (for the crunch) or in half a whole wheat pita... Make a big batch and alternate what you use it for. Make a big batch of chili, I love the recipe on here for white chicken chili and freeze in individual containers. Make a large pot of soup in the crock pot (so easy, so healthy and so yummy)

Afternoon all im having stir fry for tea with rice noddles and not egg noddles, low fat oyster sauce and veg, Taste,s really good.x

I will take controll over my body and lose the weight and then when i ever see my youngest daughter,s dad i will just walk right past and smile, I had his only Daughter and because i put abit on when she was born he left me saying i dont do fat woman and he as not even sin his daughter since she was 18mths old, She is now 5yr and 4mths, Well its his loss not mine.

I use whole wheat tortillas that are hight in fiber also and grill some chicken or use the tenders warm them and then place in tortilla top with the reduced fat cheese salsa, avacado, lettuce and tomatoes and a little red onion and hot sauce makes a yummy quick lunch

Evening all, well todays tea we had bangers and mash, the bangers where made in oven so less oil, Mash we added 1% milk and lurpak lighter, It made a change from Jacket spuds with chesse and pancetta, Salads, all healthy foods, Its good to be bad once a week.x

for lunch I usually make a chop chicken salad sandwhich with cranberries and a very small amount of sweet onion with fruit emoticon

i also love einsteen and the way he got his ideas I love to travel on the spur of the moment and i love portland oregon, hawaii. I enjoy all forms of art and the galleries

Well, today I took leftover vegetables from last night and 2 oz. of chopped chicken breast and some low sodium bouillon. I put all into a large microwave proof bowl and added water to cover. I then microwaved the dish until it was nice and hot. I also brought along a 100 calorie, low fat, high fiber English muffin that I'd toasted the night before & sprayed with low cal margarine, sprinkled on some garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. I felt pampered and very satisfied!

Hope this helps give you some ideas!
