I like to buy a turkey breast and cook my own. It's good for a meal & left-overs, plus you can slice it thinly for sandwiches and chop it to add to salads. It's cheaper that way, too.

I have a suggestion: Dietz and Watson Gourmet Lite Breast of Turkey (I get it at Costco). Thinly sliced and quite good. 3 slices = 50 calories and 220 mg of sodium.

Good to know that Oscar Meyer does the lower sodium turkey breast. Now we know. Thanks for sharing.

I've noticed on my nutrition tracker that I go over my sodium recommendation nearly every day - not good! I bring a turkey sandwich for lunch every day using Hillshire Farms ultra thin oven roasted turkey breast. It's one of the higher sodium foods I eat on a regular basis. Does anyone have a suggestion for a lower sodium oven roasted turkey breast to use? I think this one has ~600 mg of sodium a serving. I know I can good my own chicken a slice it but I'm not disciplined enough to actually do it. Help!
