Here lately I've been eating an apple with a piece of lite string cheese or a wedge of laughing cow lite swiss. Both are lowfat. Any veggies or fruit won't count toward much if any fat-wise. You can eat an entire cucumber for like 30 calories and that can last and last!
Sugar Free Jell-O. Admit I take a short cut and purchase it already made, in 1/2 portions. Just grab one (or more) and toss in my lunch bag and away I go. (It's all the other stuff I'm eating that is keeping my weight on.) We also keep Fat Free Cool Whip - and while I am not supposed to eat with in two hours of bedtime - one of those Jell-Os with a small dap of Cool Whip, has satisfied me and so far (keep those fingers crossed) not bothered me at night. Keep up the good work!! Inspire me!!
I have been very good about keeping track of the food that I am eating. Over the last few days I have noticed that I am over on my fat calories by about 20 calories. What snacks can I eat that will not put me over? Thanks
