I agree with the others. There is a great product called Arnold's Sandwich Thins and it is like a smashed hamburger bun. Great for a high energy low calorie veggie burger with tomato, lettuce and onions. It's like you are eating something really bad for you, but it is quite healthy and yummy.
Every day I challenge myself to walk further and move more. It is great - it helps me through lunch. I don't always get lunch and eat many at my desk so I take breaks each day to walk. I always take my lunch and snacks so I'm in control. I'm looking for new lunch ideas. Help if you can - I do a lot of salads, but need some new ideas.
