I will always be a bit early or late for a lunch group - joined anyway!! I work and can not use this type of Internet on company machines, I either brown bag it or eat out. Lunch today was 1% cottage cheese 2/3 cup and about a half cup fresh blueberries.
I bought a deli chicken and some ready made potato salad (I never buy potato salad)along with cool fruits and veggies that can be used cut up as a side...I will continue to eat light; making sure that I have some protein and some veggies and fruit; and plenty of water...

Lunch was easy today. Yesterday I grilled chicken breast with lemon juice and garlic powder. So today diced it up added some salsa and tomatoes wrapped in lettuce. Had 2 glasses of water to finish it off.
