Hi there, A healthy diet is roughly 60% carbs, 20% fat and 20% protein. The carbs are supposed to be complex (whole wheat, bran, fruit and vegies). Please, start exercising. Hi, I'm fairly new to spark,and I have been following the meal plans for a few weeks now. I am not yet exercising,but still wanted to get a start on eating less. One thing I noticed, when I saw the totals for one day, the total on carbs was way to much! Are these meals designed for people who are working out? Does anybody else feel there are too many carbs ? If so, let me know how to lessen the carbs! I don't want to put on more weight! Thanks! Kris.
