Tossed salad with apple, onion, cucumber, zucchini, cauliflower, red cabbage, and homemade avocado dressing. One new thing I included in the dressing were small purple garlic flowers. I had 2 spathes open today on my elephant garlic. Interesting flavor.

Today I cooked for the first time a portabello mushroom. I marinated it in extra virgin olive oil, and garlic. Grilled it on the George Foreman. And a little salt and pepper. It wasn't bad--not a lot of flavor. I think I will look up some recipes. Any suggestions??
