The biggest thing for me has been to think through my 'problem foods.' I plan so that I don't eat certain things, or at least make them reasonably sized (portion). Like macaroni and cheese. I LOVE macaroni and cheese! BUT, it's high in fat, salt, and if I'm eating Kraft or Velveeta, there is very little that is natural in them. So, I as a general rule don't eat it, if I do, I plan ahead, and put them in portion sized containers the night before. It truly helps! Good luck!
