OLIVYMAC- I completely understand. When I was younger I also had an eating disorder and I didn't want to fall into old habits now that I put almost 30 pounds on since college. So far what has been working for me is taking it one step at a time. I've messed up plenty since I've joined Sparks only a month ago. It's hard not to cheat by eating those extra few cookies or my favorite, white cheddar cheez its. But I'm starting to learn not to give up or beat myself up over every mistake. Start by learning some new healthy recipes, bringing your lunch, making dinner at home. For working out I hate boring exercising so I bought some fun dance workout videos to keep me entertained. Getting healthy is harder than starving myself but now I don't have anyone or myself worrying about me. If you ever want to just chat or switch recipes let me know!

if you are eating 3 meals make them about 300, 300 and 500 calories and then add in a couple of 100 calorie snacks (hummus and veggies, cheese and crackers) that kind of thing. Lots of fruits and veggies to fill you up, lean proteins, whole grains...sensible sized portions.
i am trying to lose weight but the hard thing is that the meds that i take cause me to gain weight so i lose very slow tomorrow i go in and have my back burned actually they cut the nerve and cauterize the nerve hopefully off meds will give me an increase in weight my weight loss little scared but so is life i will not be able to exercise tomorrow. Don't starve yourself we have a great program to give you a nutritious diet and stay focused,
i also love einsteen and the way he got his ideas I love to travel on the spur of the moment and i love portland oregon, hawaii. I enjoy all forms of art and the galleries
I have gained 20 pounds over the last 2 years. This is on a little person. I have to lose this weight. I have had eating disorders my entire life. I don't want to starve myself again, actually, I just don't have it in me to do this again. I need help on how to eat healthy and make something work for a lifetime....
