Another spark member referred me to this group. I just started a new lunch plan at work. A few of my co-workers and I have started bringing in a week's worth of lunch items to share. For example, last week I brought in bread, turkey, mayo, etc. Another woman brought fruit, pita chips, etc. We now sit together at lunch and share our items and eat together.
It's been great! This week I made salad. So we have chicken, lettuce, veggies, etc. We do splurge on cookies, but just 2 for dessert.
I think more people will join in, as they keep seeing us in their eating and seem interested in participating!
