Hello my name is Janine and I am a yo-yo exerciser and dieter. I have finally come to terms within in the past year, that I need to eat healthy and exercise. This is a life change and it must stay that way. I have exercised for the longest amount of time since I was a teenager. I am on my 3rd week of exercising. My eating has been healthy for the most part, but I tend to eat bad on the weekend. This is the only way I know how to relax. It has been a routine for many years. I just don't know how to break out of it. When I am at my job, i eat whatever I bring with me and munch throughout the day. I eat so healthy that way!!! So my challenge is to eat healthy on the weekends and continually exercise. I drink my water at work and that is how I get over 10,000 steps per day. I am always walking to the bathroom. lol.
