Hello everyone, my name is Rosie. I'm also new to the team.I'm also a yo-yo dieter. But lately I've been sticking to my gun's and just been watching what I eat. These last couple of week's, since my son has been working out, he's also made a change for the better. We're working on it together.
Hello Janie. Glad you are here. I so don't like to exercise but have found a couple things I do like to do and they burn calories. I don't get 10,000 steps in a day. I should use the pedometer. LOL But I don't. When I started again I took small steps to get to where I am now. It doesn't seem to be much but I feel much better and know so much more about healthier foods.

Hello my name is Janine and I am a yo-yo exerciser and dieter. I have finally come to terms within in the past year, that I need to eat healthy and exercise. This is a life change and it must stay that way. I have exercised for the longest amount of time since I was a teenager. I am on my 3rd week of exercising. My eating has been healthy for the most part, but I tend to eat bad on the weekend. This is the only way I know how to relax. It has been a routine for many years. I just don't know how to break out of it. When I am at my job, i eat whatever I bring with me and munch throughout the day. I eat so healthy that way!!! So my challenge is to eat healthy on the weekends and continually exercise. I drink my water at work and that is how I get over 10,000 steps per day. I am always walking to the bathroom. lol.
